Daniel founded Best Injury Firm after more than a decade defending large companies in court. He saw how insurers valued claims from the inside, and decided to use that knowledge for injured people instead.

He focuses on serious motor vehicle and trucking cases and personally tries the firm's most complex cases. Clients know him for returning calls himself and for explaining every step in plain language.

Claire leads the firm's medical malpractice practice. She works closely with physicians and nurses who serve as independent experts, and she is known for breaking down complicated medical evidence so a jury can understand it.

Before joining the firm, Claire handled complex litigation in both state and federal court.

John leads marketing and client outreach for Best Injury Firm. He makes sure people who have been hurt in an accident can find us quickly, understand their options, and reach an attorney the same day.

He oversees the firm's website, community events and partnerships with local medical providers, and he works closely with our intake team so every new client gets a fast, personal response.
